Steam egg is good for someone who is sick and can't eat well. 
 








Ingredient:
Two eggs (egg : water = 1 : 2)
Use egg shell measure the water: 8 half egg shell water
1/2 TSP salt
A few peas and carrots (option)


 







Process:
1. Scramble eggs, add water and salt
2. Sifting eggs to another bowl (use another bowl cover the egg bowl)
3. Add peas (option)
4. Steam for about 15 minutes

 







道蒸蛋很簡單, 適合沒有食慾的病人, 牙齒不好的老人或小朋友
 








材料:
2 個蛋
(蛋 : 水 = 1 : 2)

用半個空蛋殼量水, "8 個" 半空蛋殼的水 =  2 個蛋的水量
半匙鹽 (依自己口味酌增減)
幾粒豌豆或紅蘿蔔 (可省略)
電鍋或蒸籠
細網濾杓

 



















做法:
打蛋, 加水, 加鹽
濾網過濾, 加豌豆
用另一碗倒扣在蛋汁碗上蓋住 (此步驟很重要, 蛋才會滑軟, 不乾硬)
電鍋外鍋同樣 200 cc 水, 蒸 15 分鐘
拔掉電鍋插頭, 等大約三五分鐘, 再打開蓋子即可 (蛋的表面比較漂亮)
