Fried Tofu 煎豆腐

Fourth generation baby goats 第四代羊寶

Cut firm Tofu to small square pieces











Heat pot and add vegetable oil










On medium heat fry one side of Tofu to brown color
Turn the other side and keep frying
Put some cabbage leaves in a bowl 

 






Put fried tofu in the bowl

Add a little bit water to the pot

Cook peas and carrots until soft

Add cooked peas and carrots to Tofu

老豆腐切小塊
熱鍋後倒油入鍋
放入豆腐, 用中火慢煎
待豆腐底部煎到
不黏鍋, 翻面續煎另一面
碗中放入幾片包心菜葉
盛入煎好的豆腐
鍋中加一點水煮青豆仁和胡蘿蔔粒
把煮好的豆仁等倒在豆腐上面增色

    我們這裡仍然買不到豆腐, 也不自己做, 因為買不到黃豆, 也沒有果汁機, 荒郊野外, 適合拍古早的蠻荒電影
