Oats Walnuts Banana Muffins 燕麥核桃香蕉鬆糕

Mix the following dry ingredients well and set aside:
1 1/2 cup flour (white all-purpose, or whole wheat, or 1/2 white and 1/2 whole wheat)
1/2 cup nuts (option)
3/4 cup chopped apricots (option)
3/4 cup oats
1 TSP baking powder
1/2 TSP baking soda








Mix the following wet ingredients well2 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup honey or dark brown sugar
1 stick butter (4oz, room temperature or melt on the stove)

2 or 3 ripe mashed bananas (option)







Stir wet ingredients in the dry ingredients well. Put in muffin tins.
Bake at 400 F for about 20 minutes.

半小匙蘇打粉
170 克堅果 (可省略)
250 克燕麥 (可省略)


液體的材料混合均勻:

兩個蛋打散

半杯 (約 100 克) 蜂蜜或黑糖

一條奶油 (約 113 克或 4 oz) 用小鍋煮化

半杯蜂蜜或黑糖 (若用糖, 可加入奶油煮溶)

二或三根熟透的香蕉用湯匙壓成泥 (可省略)
把混好的液體材料倒入乾材料攪拌均勻成軟團狀,
放入鬆糕杯盤中,
攝氏 250 度 (華氏 400 度) 烤 15-20 分鐘
