I like to cook with the materials that are in season.
 

Tomato is the main character. Choose any variety you like as long as it is not mushy.
 







One large tomato, one media onion, two cloves of garlic,







some cilantro or parsley, and one hot pepper (option)







 

Chop all of them to small pieces. Mix together and add a little bit sea salt.
Serve while it is fresh.


I also add salsa into fried eggs and eat with brown rice.








墨西哥莎莎醬跟韓國泡菜一樣, 各家有不同的做法, 這裡介紹的是最簡單, 經濟, 10 分鐘即可完成的食譜


莎莎醬的食材都很營養, 沒有熱量, 其中的洋蔥和大蒜又是生吃, 剛好保存了全部的養分讓身體吸收


一粒大番茄或一堆聖女小番茄 (任何品種皆可, 只要不太軟糯, 多汁),
一顆洋蔥 (不必太大), 兩粒大蒜,
一些芫荽, 一小條辣椒 (青紅皆可, 要戴手套去籽, 以免手揉眼睛, 把眼睛辣壞), 不吃辣的可略

全部材料洗淨切碎 (切小丁或小塊亦可), 在大碗裡拌勻, 加點海鹽即可,

可以用來拌麵/糙米飯, 或加入蛋炒飯, 營養十足
